Delivery within the UK
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days using APC service, and will email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You will also receive a text message from APC with a delivery date and time slot, which you can propose change or add further delivery instructions.
Delivery to Europe:
We have, in the past two years, delivered orders to many European countries using DPD Classic European Services at a small, additional fee. However, the current development around Brexit brings uncertainties around delivery cost and custom duties. If you would like to have an order delivered to Europe, please email email@example.com, we are happy to provide a quote.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange our courier to collect your item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which is £30, deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email first at email@example.com
