Delivery in the UK
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch the Bumpermat baby playpen within 2 working days using the DPD Local Next Working Day service (weekday only) for £9.50. If you plan to purchase more than 2 bumpermats in one order, please get in touch with us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm the delivery rate.
- Delivery to Europe:
We currently deliver to the following European countries using DPD Classic European. Please do get in touch (email@example.com) if your country is not listed here, we can provide a quote. We are continuing to expand our delivery options in Europe and will update here as soon as possible.
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: deliver within 2-3 working day for £22.
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden: deliver within 3-5 working days for £27.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the address of our warehouse. You then have 14 days to return the order to the warehouse after you've told us. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, and it'd be great if you could let us know the reason too.
You could choose to have our courier to collect your item for return or ship yourself to our warehouse. Either way, you will be responsible for paying for the returning shipping costs.
If you are shipping yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email first at email@example.com
